When the stack builder picks it
The builder reads each job's rules from the top and takes the first step whose conditions hold and whose plan fits the money left. GitHub Copilot is named in these steps:
- AI coding, step 2 of 4, when less than $10 is left for it: the free plan; the step also names Ante, and the best score takes it.
- AI coding, step 3 of 4, when less than $20 is left for it: Pro ($10/mo).
